  Excellent. I was at Audley End Train Station this morning and was on the platform. There was 2 security officers walking towards me. I stopped them and asked them is there was any problems. They politely replied, no, everything is OK and informed me that they are there for the safety & security of the school children getting the train to school. I was surprised but pleased this is a service provided. I watched them talking to the kids on the platform and they had a great rapport with the kids.
  
  Keep up the good work and I wonder if the parents know how safe their children are when getting the train in the morning
